This product is a special hydrophobic and anti-stain ceramic coating based on a combination of inorganic and organic materials. It is an environmentally friendly, water-based, low-VOC coating with ultra-high hydrophobic properties, excellent stain resistance, and self-cleaning capabilities.

Application Scope
- Can be used for glass, ceramics, stone, metal, and other surfaces requiring hydrophobic and anti-stain coatings, such as building curtain walls, glass panels, and bathroom protective coatings.
Usage Instructions
- Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free from dust or oil. Apply the coating evenly using a lint-free cloth or applicator pad.
- Allow the coating to dry naturally. The surface will appear dry in 4-7 minutes, and a full reaction occurs within 24 hours, forming a durable hydrophobic layer.
- After drying, polishing with a microfiber cloth can enhance the gloss and performance.
- The coating can be cured at room temperature or with heat. Heat curing (e.g., 80°C for 10 minutes) can improve adhesion and durability.
- Once fully cured, the coating is highly resistant to solvents such as PMA, acetone, ethanol, toluene, THF, MIBK, and dichloromethane.
- If applied to non-absorbent surfaces, excess material should be wiped off within 5-10 minutes after application to prevent streaking.
- For TC-C1032, excessive rubbing after application is not recommended, as it may reduce coating thickness.
- In humid environments, condensation may affect the coating uniformity. It is recommended to apply at moderate temperature and humidity conditions.
Storage Instructions
- The product should be stored in a sealed container, protected from moisture and fire.
- The recommended storage temperature is below 25°C.
- The product has a shelf life of 12 months under proper storage conditions.
- If the product solidifies, gentle heating can restore usability.
